A wrong date
Worth saying first, because it is the thing that matters most. Every page names the Act it was checked against and the date it was checked; quote those and the fix is quick. Corrections are published rather than quietly made — see the corrections log, which already has entries in it.
A date we have not published
The methodology page lists everything currently unverified, generated from the data itself. Regional and council-level days — Queensland show days by local government area, Tasmania's government holidays, the Territory's show days — are the next body of work, and a note saying which one you need helps decide the order.
What we cannot do
Tell you what you are owed for working a public holiday, or whether your particular shop may open. Those depend on your award, agreement or licence. Fair Work covers the first and your state's fair trading body the second.
